About Us:

We are a local family run business situated in the middle of Clumber Park. We are very passionate about cutting down food miles and feel that everybody should have the oportunity to eat healthy local food at reasonable prices.  We use only the best quality ingredients in our products and steer clear of all forms of additives.

In an effort to do our bit towards recycling, if you bring one of our jars (clean and no lid) back to us you will recieve 10p off your next purchase. 

 Also we are proud to say that all of our red carrier bags are made from recycled paper.

Both at home and in our unit we use one of the worlds most ecco friendly wood pellet boilers to supply us with heating and hot water. We also try to compost as much of our fruit and vegetable waste as possible.

Spring 2010 will see the begining of our extended new community growing scheme. We already have one of hopefully four polytunnels already up and ready for use. We are now on the search for any groups or schools etc that may be interested in taking part.  Please feel free to speak to us about this, we would love to hear from you.

Gringley Gringo collaberates and supports local companies in many ways such as our newest project ‘Notts Home-Grown Hampers’ where we work with The Really Good Cheese Company, C8ter and Lambs in the Market to produce a hamper packed full with some of the finest ingredients in the county.

We are also very pleased to announce that another local company ‘Chocolate Confetti’ are now selling and producing their top quality hand-made chocolates from our unit.

WE BUY: Any ingredients that we can not grow ourselves (which isnt very much) we try to buy from local suppliers where ever possible.

WE SELL:  Home made chilli products such as Jellies, Sauces, Pickles, Relish, Chutneys, Rubs, Pastes, Mustards, Infused Oils, Chilli Chocolate and Speciality Dried Chillis etc
